Welcome to AI PRINT LAB. By accessing and using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Overview

AI PRINT LAB provides a platform that allows users to generate AI-based artwork and purchase custom printed products using a credit-based system.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Credit System

  • 1 Credit = £1 GBP
  • Credits act as a prepaid balance within the platform
  • Credits can be used for:
    • AI artwork generation
    • Purchasing physical products (canvas, posters, apparel, and other items)
  • Each AI artwork generation costs 1 credit
  • Product prices are displayed in credits and GBP

Credits are deducted at the time of use.

3. Refunds & Credits

  • Credits used for AI artwork generation are non-refundable
  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase
  • Credits have no cash value outside the platform and are non-transferable

For physical products, please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

All artwork generated on the platform is created using artificial intelligence.

  • Results may vary based on input images and selected styles
  • We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use uploaded images

5. Orders & Printing

  • All printed products are made to order
  • Product previews are for illustration purposes only
  • Final print results may vary slightly in color and detail

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their uploaded images.

By using the platform, you grant AI PRINT LAB permission to process and generate artwork based on your uploads.

We reserve the right to use anonymized outputs for service improvement and marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Abuse or manipulate the credit system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

AI PRINT LAB is not liable for:

  • Unsatisfactory artistic results
  • Loss of data or generated content
  • Delays in production or delivery

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
